If less than 5 innings of one game (4 ½ if the Pinetoppers are ahead) are played due to weather or other uncontrollable conditions, tickets from that game may be exchanged in person or by mail for tickets of equal or lesser value to any remaining 2010 regular season game, subject to availability.  There are no Refunds.

Advanced exchange is recommended.

Tickets can also be exchanged by mail.  When mailing tickets please include a daytime phone number so that we can contact you if there are any questions regarding your exchange.

Wheel Chair accessible seating is not available for sale on the internet; it must be purchased by phone or at the Macon Pinetoppers Ticket Office. Due to the limited amount of this seating, it is our policy to allow a maximum of four people to sit with the person needing the wheel chair accessible seating. We will make every effort to seat addtional people as close to the wheel chair accessible seating area as possible. It is highly recommended that this seating be purchased prior to the day of the game because it can sell out quickly.
