1. Select your game date, including two or three alternate dates.
2. Indicate the number of tickets to be placed on hold. Call the Macon Pinetoppers Group Sales Department at 478-745-0777 to put your tickets on hold the day you call. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when the tickets are put on hold. Ask your group sales representative for more information.
3. Market your event using materials provided by the Pinetoppers.
4. Provide your group sales representative the final number of tickets your group will need at least 30 days prior to your game date. Pay for only the number of tickets you need.
5. Later, after final payment is made and you receive your tickets, distribute tickets to group members.
6. Enjoy your outing at Historic Luther Williams Field.
