When do the gates open?

The gates open 1 hour prior to the start of the game.

When is the ticket office open?

Ticket office hours are as follows:

Game Days

9:00 AM - End of the game

Non - Game Days

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

What happens if it rains?

If it is raining or looks like it will be raining at Luther Williams Field at game time you may call the Pinetoppers Ticket Office or visit www.pinetoppers.com to check the status of the game.  There is no set time to make the decision to cancel or postpone a game.  If the game is played and you do not attend there are no refunds or exchanges.  If an official game is not played (at least 5 innings, 4 1/2 if the home team is winning), your tickets can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any remaining regular season game of the applicable year.  Subject to availability.  Your rain check must be redeemed at the Pinetoppers ticket office or by mail.  Early exchange is encourage.  If you have further questions on the rain check policy please call the Pinetoppers Ticket Office at (478) 745-0777.

How can i get a donation for my non-profit organization?

How can I sing the National Anthem?

The Pinetoppers hold auditions for those interested in performing the National Anthem at a Pinetoppers Game.  Auditions usually take place a couple of months before the start of the season.  For more information on audition dates please email info@pinetoppers.com

Can I bring food or beverages into the ballpark?

No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the ballpark.  If you require special accommodations please contact the Pinetoppers Office at (478) 745-0777.

Can I exit the park and re-enter?

Once you have left the ballpark, you may not return under any circumstances unless you purchase a new ticket, if available.  In case of emergency, please go to the Pinetoppers Ticket Office
