The Macon Pinetoppers are committed to being active in the community as well as successful on the field. The Pinetoppers make every attempt to fill all ticket donation requests for all non-profit groups and organizations. If you would like to request a ticket donation for your organization please follow the guidelines listed below.

All ticket donation requests must be submitted in writing, on your organization’s letterhead. Please do not submit requests for donations via email.

Please Include the Following Information:

• Description of your organization and/or event
• Organization website address (if applicable)
• If it is an event, the date, time and location of the event
• Who will benefit from the donation
• How the donation will be used
• Address donation can be sent to
• Contact person and daytime telephone number

Please allow four weeks for requests to be reviewed and processed.
